Call to order parts or order parts online 24 hours a day in our web store. Shipping options include overnight in most cases. Orders received by 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time will be scheduled to ship that day.

Customer Service and the Design Process:
Real customer service starts in the product design phase. When we design products we consider the maintenance needs of the customer over the life of the product. One example is our butterfly valve pump housing. Click here for more information. If you have ever replaced a stator tube with a full tank of mud you will understand the benefit of this option. Access to the oil and air filters is easy. Changing oil or servicing your engine is made easy by keeping the area clear and easy to access. These are simple ideas with very positive results.
