Orders placed through sprayrig.com Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM Pacific time ship the same day. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2:00 PM Pacific time or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
For example, an order placed on Saturday with Next Day Air shipping selected will ship the following Monday and be scheduled to arrive Tuesday.
Destinations
Shipping on sprayrig.com is available to the United States and Canada. We understand that we have customers outside of these regions and we are happy to assist with orders that need to be shipped outside of the US and Canada by phone. Please call 877-833-4342 to order. Oftentimes there are special requirements for shipping to other regions and we prefer to review these requirements with customers before taking an order.
Online orders for products that ship via LTL truck (e.g., compressors, generators, and airless sprayers) are restricted to shipping destinations within the contiguous United States. To order a compressor, generator, or airless sprayer to ship outside of the contiguous United States, please call 877-833-4342. More information about this is below.
LTL Shipping
Some of the larger items that are purchasable on sprayrig.com (e.g., compressors, generators, and airless sprayers) ship via LTL truck. These items are marked by a disclaimer in the description of the item.
When you place an order for an item that ships via LTL truck, we will contact you using the contact information in your order to arrange shipping.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for products purchased online that are marked as “Free Shipping” and that ship via LTL truck to the contiguous United States. The shipping destination must be a commercial location with access to a forklift to qualify for free shipping. Additional shipping charges may be charged for shipping to a residential address, or for liftgate service if shipping to a location without a forklift, or for shipping outside of the contiguous United States.
Note: Items that ship via LTL truck are shipped as a standalone shipment, by themselves. If you purchase additional parts as part of the order, you will be charged shipping for only the additional parts.
